The EnviroQuip A40 is an automated, aqueous (water-based) cleaning system designed to remove heavy grease, oil, and grime from mechanical parts. Unlike traditional solvent sinks, the A40 uses high-temperature water and specialized detergents to "blast" parts clean, making it safer for both the user and the environment.
How it Works
Rotary Cleaning: Parts are placed on a motorized turntable that rotates through high-pressure spray jets.
Heated Solution: The system maintains a temperature between 140°F and 195°F to break down tough contaminants.
Integrated Oil Skimming: An "Oil Wheel" system removes floating oil from the water surface, extending the life of the cleaning solution.
Quick Specs for Users
Wash Timer: Up to 60 minutes.
Chemistry: Uses EQ3 Cleaner and De-Foam concentrate (Solvents are strictly prohibited).
Safety: Equipped with a door interlock switch that kills the pump if the lid is opened during a cycle.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Check Water Level: Ensure the water is just below the oil skimmer exit pipe before starting.
Load Parts: Distribute weight evenly on the turntable. Ensure no parts are small enough to fall through the grate.
Set Heat: Turn on the 12-hour heat timer (solution must be hot for effective cleaning).
Set Wash: Close the lid securely and set the 60-minute wash timer.
Post-Wash: Allow parts to flash-dry from the residual heat before handling.
[!CAUTION] FIRE HAZARD: Never add solvents or pre-treat parts with flammable liquids. Only use approved aqueous detergents. Never perform the "Water Disposal" feature if there is a layer of oil on the water.
