- Purchase IKEA LACK floating shelf (11 3/4x10 1/4 ") to to be placed installed right of the sink for clock (expensable)
- Fix L-brackets for sink flush out holes
- Purchase retractable clothesline to hang dry prints above sink sink (expensable)
