Projects must be accepted by Chair or Committee before they may be moved into Vector.
Eligible projects:
Vintage Machines Preferred 
-low dust (All sawing or wood finishing must happen in the woodshop or south workshop)
-low smell
-footprint under 2x4ft
+machines prior to circuit boards preferred
We will work with you on an action plan before new projects are allowed to move in.

Project owners must create and maintain a project log.
Project owners must request help when they hit a snag.

Projects that have no logged hours after 30 days will be marked as 'Stalled'
Stalled projects must document their efforts to work through stalls, and show time on their time sheet within 30days of the 'Stalled' flag.

Abandoned project. If a project shows no action 30 days after being marked stalled, it will be marked 'Abandoned'
Abandoned projects must be removed from Vector before the next meeting.
Abandoned projects that are not removed will be thrown away.
