- Proposal to allow a repair-to-own program for donated vintage sewing machines in Vector
- PERK: Let go of surplus machines, classes, meeting a need.
- DMS Members or Nonprofits in need may request a machine, if available
- Must be willing to put in at least 4 hrs of work to repair and learn maintenance of machine
- Functional repairs, not cosmetic
