• Create Animatronic's groups to handle software, building, that are able to teach to anyone, skilled or unskilled
• Bitta would like to introduce smaller shows throughout the year, will come back to this when we have a system foundation in place so that we can build faster.
  • Saint Patricks, Easter, Cinco de Mayo etc, maybe within the Animatronics
• Kia would like the committee to make a "Glube" for the SocietyOfPlay for Feb 12th's TinyCon

• Adam to host a learning event for setting up servo's and lip syncing the skeletons, Sunday 10th 4pm
