Vector Meeting Notes for 04/13/2026

Topics:

• Need to come up with a Vector work day in order to move items from vector to purgatory storage.
• Reiterating the last day to fill out the restoration form is due 3/31.  Any projects left on vector without form will be taken to purgatory.
• Reminder Board Elections coming soon
• Steam roller event coming up soon.
• Need Howard’s contact, there is an interest in the re-homing program. 
• Need a plan on when dye sub equipment can come to the vector area.
• Let’s plan work day for vector projects.
• Awaiting Max to let me know what sizes for tour shirts
• Megan Murray sent images
• Order lock for the keys

Updates:

• Restoration projects:
• Singer 201 Treadle Sewing Machine: 
• Wooden base of treadle was re-shallaved, top area and front skirt panel were decoupaged, then dried and cured.
• Project Cluck Cluck:
• Cabinet has been disassembled and moved to woodshop for repair
• Audio is near ready to go pending cabinet work
• Backdrops still need to get photographed
• Fit of base has been completed
• Needing consulting for plexiglass in front
• Project Letter Press:
• Working to disassemble large press 75% done
• Will get test pieces to test braising to do restoration press braiding
• Behind on stainless steel pins
• Debating on finishing types
• Project Blindstitch:
• Still in progress hope to get in this month for further progress

Arcade/Table Top/Dungeon Room:

• Update from Hannah; 
• Weekly pathfinder campaign
• Steam Roller event soft opening, hard opening will be on free comic book day for the dungeon room.

Dye Sub:

• Awaiting control switch for clamshell heat press
• Trying to provide dye sub class the day before large heat press class to allow students a way to use a heat press for dye sub items
• Large Heat press classes have been regularly scheduled.
