Board members expressed disapproval concerning the content of the Talk post and expectations concerning communication by directors but noted that issue had been resolved by Talk moderation.
MOTION: Motion to close complaint without further board action.

Board heard discussion/mediated for approximately two hours and noted that there is no remedy against a director or officer so directors and officers must be held to a higher standard. Jayson vacated the VP position. Jayson and John both agreed not to run for board in 2024. James to discuss with Kevin for a risk assessment.
