Kayla Kua opens the meeting at 7pm

Vector will keep the integrity of what vector is intended to be as a space. Quy has a formal layout planned for the new year. Changes will be made so that there is space to work on projects. 

Hannah has graciously taken charge of remodeling the front game room. It hasn't been completed. More help is needed, if anyone is interested in volunteering please message Hannah. 

A vote was taken to adopt the Table Top SIG and the Dye Sub SIG into Vector. They were accepted and are now a part of Vector. 

Amelia read aloud and reviewed the rules for the vector space. 

The planko machine is donated and belongs to the space. We will be using this for decoration in the space. 

Donate the small machine parts in the giant tool box to the national pinball group (Amelia is going to add Kayla to the Facebook Group for contact and permission to post)

Quy has mocked up a remodel of the Vector space - this remodel will take place in the new year. *DUE TO THIS REMODEL: Current projects are under reconsideration for an updated project end date. The space needs to be cleared out in order for the new work spaces to be installed.

  • Jacob Rook Jake has offered to take a look at the cocktail table in the front lobby. The concern is we need a new fan. He has full permission to look at and help fix these machines as needed.
