Vector meeting notes for January 2026 meeting notes from January 19th 2026

Sig updates:
Arcade- the arcade / D&D room is estimated to be completed in 2 weeks. Captain has already requested the room for his games and for tabletop. Will need to request camera access from Ian or Mark for the arcade room.
Rehoming program- Howard has been doing a great job with the rehoming program.
Dye Sub- there's been some new classes up for dice as well as the large heat press, I have taught both classes thus far one a piece this year. Carey has just bought new mugs for the dye class for use of dye sub.

IMG_9503.HEICopher has offered to clean up the four wii's that we have, in the hopes of selling them in order to get new items for vector. Currently we have four wii's, a PS4, and two ps2s. Once all items are sold we will think of a way to utilize the money to help vector.
Pinball items in the giant Rolodex: Amelia has reached out to the pinball group on Facebook asking if there is any interest in any of the items out of the pinball Rolodex. We are asking any who are interested to pick them up by January 31st 2026. Sam from Automotive is interested in the Rolodex as long as it is clean we are hoping to provide that to him early February.
Create a project board in order to showcase projects being worked on in vector
-7:28 p.m introduction of the new project application for vector to be approved by the chairs and or vice chair.
7:35 p.m Lisa and Amelia presented their application for a project in Vector called 201.1 treadle project.
We are asking all members who currently have a project in Vector to fill out this application in order to reapply in vector all applications for members who currently have a project in Vector must complete this form by January 31st 2026. If the project is remains in Vector after January 31st 2026 the project will be removed and taken to the free Shelf. A digital copy of the application form will be on the Vector homepage and I will make a note on vector in order to inform everyone of vector that this for must be filled out if you currently have a project in vector.
New Treadle Project contact lead is Lisa, also on the team is Howard and Amelia. They're projected completion date is December 2026 in order to Showcase in in the lobby. If this is a success they are possibly thinking about having a treadle on event.
8:00 p.m Kayla announced she is stepping down as chair. Quy will assume Vector chair interim until the new chair is elected.
8:02 p.m Kayla nominates Quy as new chair for vector. All attendees are yay, with one proxy vote from Hannah as a yay. There are no there are no nay's.
8:10 p.m Kayla motions to end the meeting, Jacob seconds.
