Details We will plan out the activity schedule, assign tasks, and plan the load up and take down. We will meet in the common area between Printing and Science.

DMS has been invited to host a table at the Coppell Farmers Market in Oldtown Coppell on Saturday, April 19. The market is open to the public from 0800-noon, with set up starting at 0700.


At this planning meeting we will discuss and finalize the plan:
Who will help load up at DMS before the event and help our booth set up
What activities, necessary equipment/supplies, who will lead that activity
Who will help tear down, load up and transport back to DMS

We need YOU!

DMS has been invited to host a table at the Coppell Farmers Market in Old town Coppell on Saturday, April 19. The market is open to the public from 0800-noon, with set up starting at 0700.

We need volunteers to help with our booth set up, activities, to meet and greet prospective new members, and to showcase what makers do and the opportunities available at DMS.
We will need help to shut down our table, load up and transport all the supplies and equipment back to DMS.

What do you get out of this?
The chance to present your Masterpiece to the world, showcase your expertise, and encourage others to find their inner creative flow.
Also, breakfast at the market, and lunch back at DMS, as well as a slick tee shirt and the undying gratitude of the Dallas Makerspace.
