Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

1. Preparation: Check that the heater is active. The solution must be warm to be effective. To extend the life of the fluid, the majority of grease should be removed prior to placing the parts in the unit.

2. Loading: Place parts on the internal grate. Ensure the heavy lid is fully latched all the way around before starting.

3. Operation: Insert Activate the power switch at the front of the unitl, insert hands into the gloves and use the foot pedal to activate the spray. Use the internal brush or high-pressure nozzle to target heavy grime.Window Maintenance: Use the manual wiper blade if steam obscures your view, agitate with a brush if needed.

4. Rinse & Dry: After cleaning, use the integrated air-blow gun to dry the part and prevent flash-rusting before removing it from the cabinet.
