Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Preparation: Check that the heater is active. The solution must be warm to be effective. To extend the life of the fluid, the majority of grease should be removed prior to placing the parts in the unit.
Loading: Place parts on the internal grate. Ensure the heavy lid is fully latched all the way around before starting.
Operation: Activate the power switch at the front of the unitl, insert hands into the gloves and use the foot pedal to activate the spray. Use the high-pressure nozzle to target heavy grime, agitate with a brush if needed.
Rinse & Dry: After cleaning, use the integrated air-blow gun to dry the part and prevent flash-rusting before removing it from the cabinet.
- Cleanup: After completion, make sure to clean up the internal space, any brushes used.
