Looking for volunteers that can help teach a restoration system, maintenance, oil changes, etc. Brakes are allowed, with a waiver. 

Chuck is in charge and can help with anything motorbike related, Kayla is a new addition and is second vice chair and can help sign off on classes and certify for lift training. 

Tutorship and classes will help the community replace and fix parts at a fraction of the costs and people won’t get ripped off. Classes are 100% volunteer. Asking for sign ups after class. 

More discord involvement. There will be more info for classes, date and time accessibility. 

Relocation and moto build out. Motorcycle is going to be the first thing we’re going to build out. We want to help them get up and running. Waiting on compressed air materials and installation. Planning to do a work day for install in February. Friday or a Saturday. 

New area - There will still be a new lift. There’s a hesitation to get a two post lift. This is still being decided and trying to find the safest option available. We will possibly get a four post lift. No foundation needed for a four post lift. There will still need training for all the lifts. 

The lift installations will take about 2 months for full installation. 

Waiting for board approval for the current lift moved into the new space. Talk to Tim about electrical when there’s a set date for the automotive move. Plan this for the same time as the lift relocation install. 

Auto will have their own storage in the new space. There will be a monthly charge of $40 a month and can utilize the same space for up to a year. You can store anything larger than the pallet provided and you can’t leave any liquids. TAKE ALL LIQUIDS HOME. No combustibles, liquids or paints. Storage is member only space. 

Find the limitations for code and lease in regards to what we can and can not have. 

Check with the insurance end over the lawyer end for the breaks and suspension classes. 

Review safety measures for vehicles that are and are not made per lift. Add to training for each lift. Bridging the gap for cross beams is prohibited until further notice for safety reasons. Chris will go to the rotary to find a solution. Sam says if it doesn’t fit, then it’s suspended for now. 

March/April is the estimated date for the new lift. 

Chris will make announcements on the new discord and talk. 

Communicate and coordinate with motor sports to move the vehicle to prep the space for the build out. They need a specific date on when things need to happen. 

Sam announces that Garrith has been instrumental in logging tools onto source. This will help locate all the tools needed for the new space. 

YouTube Channel - Who is interested in joining. Contact someone that’s locally in texas to collaborate with. Provide incentive for the collaboration. Need editors and volunteers for the YouTube channel. Something like “Cars and Coffee” 

Chuck is asking for a flyer for auto, cycle and motorsports as advertisement to hand out to local shops. Chuck can do QR codes.
