In-Progress Shelves:

  • Bats must be labeled with name and date when the piece was thrown (masking tape and sharpie, 2 labels one on bat and one on bag recommended).
  • Pieces on bats/boards that are unlabeled will be disposed.
  • Pieces will only be allowed to remain on bats for a maximum of one week before being moved onto ware boards where they can remain for the remainder of the three weeks (21 days total).
  • Labels must be transferred from bats to ware boards.
  • Pieces on labeled ware boards will be disposed of 21 days after the labeled thrown date.
  • If you are working on a larger piece that requires more than 21 days, tape a note to it or message on talk @Team_Ceramics

Pick-up Shelves:

  • Abandoned bisque fired pieces on the pick-up shelves will be disposed of after 21 days
  • Abandoned glaze fired pieces on the pick-up shelves will be disposed of after 21 days


  • No labels
