      • Can use TV for live streaming and a TV in community rules that are hardly used that PR could utilize. 
      • Google TVs are limited and we can put a PI on there and it becomes a computer, PR to tell IT what software we want. 
      • Mark- possibly requirement of chairs with photo, name/talk/discord handles in each committee so members can recongize them and have a way of reaching out Max Locke possibly talk to board

  • PR Outreach Discussion- Outreach alignment
    • Common defitinion of "PR" is broad
      • Some classes are for training and outreach, try to reach our target audience to get them to come in
      • Some outreach activity (movie night and acting), are exposed to DMS 
      • Max- who owns what here for outreach, marketing, advertising, training, social, PR, Community events, etc. 
    • Gena made a diagram of Marketing with different marketing subtopics (image)
    • Discussion around tracking member signups
    • 60% of waivers signed mark "word of mouth"
    • Need more marketing/demographic data to start making marketing decisions 
      • Members locations/age group, etc. 
    • Discussion around how there are many marketing/pr opportunities where 1 person can't do it all. Should PR be broken into sub-meetings such as "social media outreach"
