If I am elected to the Dallas Maker Space Board, I intend to
- Attend all necessary board meetings, excepting extenuating circumstances
- Uphold the by-laws to the best of my understanding
- Represent the membership at large as fairly as possible
- Help steer the creation of standing rules which serve the membership at large
- Recuse myself when necessary, being conscientious and proactive about any conflict of interest
I have no known conflict of interest at this time, nor any anticipated in the coming year.
