Daily Team Responsibilities

Weekly Team Responsibilities

Skill Level ( Noob to Advanced)

  • Vacuum machine
  • Open bottom inspection door and vacuum the floor of the cabinet
  • Clean mirrors
  • Clean the glass of the machine

Monthly Group Responsibilities

( Skill Level Noob to Advanced) Supervised Monthly event… Everyone learn the process to follow

  1. Open all the doors vacuum the compartments
  2. Lower the bed and remove the bed and bed cross bars
    1. Take cross bars to sink and spray with purple cleaners use scrub brush to get the built up soot and carbon off the metal. Wipe dry
    2. Spray all surfaces with the purple cleaner and wipe down the surfaces until clean. Take care not to create a flood in the floor of the machine. Also take care not to saturate the Lowe limit switch or the two height sensors.they are not water proof.
  3. Install bed cross bars and honey comb bed. Now check the bed is parallel is laser-head in all four corners and in the center of the bed. No any waviness in the bed or warping… if that is not parallel to the laser head, adjust that accordingly.
  4. Remove the focus lens tube, inspect the lens for cleanliness, clean as necessary
  5. Clean mirrors and lens combiner. There are three mirrors and one lens for minor…
  6. Check laser alignment and red dot at each of them your appointment. Adjust as necessary.
  7. Every 3 months drain the water chillers and refill with distilled water
