Laser Memory is Full
The laser memory full of jobs (Max 99 files) prevents downloading new files. The computer will still say successful.
How to clear the memory:
On the Laser:
Press File
Right arrow once to the list of menu option
Down arrow to “other”
Press Enter
Down Arrow to “Delete All Files”
Press Enter to confirm
Press Esc
Press Esc
