Topics:

  • Dallas Pride was successful with multiple committees helping with the event.
  • The move is still in progress, and still needs work, but the area looks great!  Thanks to everyone that helped.
  • Atlas photos going into Dallas Voice with digital media’s T2I
    • The Vision:
      • Fix a TV to the back of the cabinets (hopefully just one in case we need to move things around.
      • Moving arcade stuff to the front lobby by the restrooms.  Andy heading up the project.  (talk about old pac man game and his vision)
      • Still need a launch date for the dungeon and discuss artwork by Annie
  • Dye Sub has officially moved over.  Not sold on the current location.
  • Need to come up with a different location of the system for keys for the cabinet and toolbox. Combo locks on cabinets
  • The desks, let’s get tables rather than desks for more space.
  • Need to get with Howard/Amelia for current re-homing project owners.  I want to add them to monthly emails for updates.
  • Chair elections for new Vector Chair
  • Google Meet up channel posted on discord for Limey and Jake
  • Glass writing boards discussed
  • Vector to pull shutterfly stock by next weekend.
  • Committee storage to store wanted shutterfly.

      • Large press disassemble has be completed
      • Two test pieces to test braising so we can restore breaks in two presses

Dye Sub:

    • Ordered high temp wires, awaiting fixes
    • Figure out where to store dye sub supplies
    • Move items from CA teaching cabinet to dye sub cabinet
