Purchase a Skutt KMT 1227 PK 3 phase (Production Kiln). Full quote by Trinity Ceramics for all parts we need, tax, and delivery: $6,505.57

Skutt is a reliable, quality kiln manufacturer with an excellent customer support system, heavily favored by kiln repair technicians for quick turnarounds on questions and warranty issues. Strong safety focus in design and are frequently used in schools and community studios.

Currently the price of upkeep per kiln is around $350-500 per kiln in replacement parts (every 6-8 months for each kiln). The Production Line, while increasing the capacity significantly, also features heavy duty elements and solid state relays, reducing the frequency of replacing these consumable parts of the kiln.
